I'm Michael Schmid. I hold a German Diplom degree in business administration and have worked in digital business for more than 20 years – in company leadership, as a service provider and in hands-on implementation.
I have helped shape digital solutions both as a provider and within the businesses using them, selecting systems and supporting their introduction. This experience helps me understand different perspectives – and the importance of a shared understanding of goals and requirements.
